After 4 years spent in the media industry, and 20 years working for recruitment offices specialized in Healthcare, Jocya le Tartaise founded her own Head Hunting company, Carvalonn Executive Search, Life Science Recruitment Specialist, in order to assist her most loyal clients who had given her their trust for the past 15 years. “To be a competent headhunter first requires to be attentive and to listen to clients’ needs and expectations, but also those of the candidates.
